Browse-Form is used to describe a relationship between data lists and update windows. Lists of data are called browses because the user can browse through the data items in the list. By clicking a button on the window or pressing a key on the keyboard the user can then call an update window or form to edit the information in the list.
In this case the user has just pressed the Edit button on the Install Group Browse window. That action calls up the update form for the selected Install Group.
